Last night I drove a car
not knowing how to drive
not owning a car
I drove and knocked down
people I loved
...went 120 through one town.

I stopped at Hedgeville
and slept in the back seat
...excited about my new life.

Sgt. Kitty and chocolate chip pancakes! The pancakes were totally edible! The cat is not.

I think we have met before....

In NY, I lived with my amazing boyfriend. As of now we are doing the long distance thing. Our friend Doug refers to us as Sufjan Stevens albums (I'm Illinois Nick is Michigan). I loved living with Nick but now that I'm back on my own (in a way) I'm in this field of rediscovery. It's like I'm meeting myself all over again. It feels good. Chicago is even feeling good.

The Arcade Fire is not helping!

I don't know why....but today I just feel off. Maybe I need to STOP playing Arcade Fire's The Suburbs. It's just too good. Well, at least I'm not crying to Daniel Johnston. That would be damn depressing! Here is a picture of some cats!

Now being in a new city my vintage past has resurfaced. I've found some really great spots that carry some high end pieces. Lu Lu's is WAY cute. I want this Oscar De La Renta number........
